The past month's been busy with travel and the San Diego Comic Con, which turned out great! I've added a link to a portfolio of comic book colors in the column on the left; check it out. Also, below is artwork I did for the CD of the band Cossack. I think it turned out pretty well and would definitely like to do more cd covers in the future.

June 10

Well, I've been moving into a new place, and I've finally settled in a bit. Here are the hand-colored letter-press prints I sold at the Pasadena Open Market about a month ago. I forget which ones sold (most of the ones showing did), but I'll figure it out and re-update that information in the next update. Unfortunately, I planned to scan all these in after the Market, but realized people wanted to take them home right then if they bought them, so I had to shoot them at the fair really quickly before they flew away, never to be seen again. (Except by the person who bought them.)

I went through and photographed some figure drawings from workshop. Also included are a pencil drawing of a Xiu Xiu cover, caricature of Ringo, and a gouache sketch I did one night.

May 6

Up for show I have a number of pages from a book I made months ago. Some of these are in their original double-page spreads while some of the images have been cropped in. I also have a couple pieces for show that weren't included in the book. I also showed/sold work at the Pasadena Open Market this past Sunday, and it went quite well! It was a lot of fun, and I plan to do it again in October. I sold a number of bird prints that I will show on the site once I receive the pictures. (I took of them on someone else's camera.)
